Au Coeur de la Laine

Au Coeur de la Laine makes cozy mittens and booties using soft upcycled wool to keep you warm this winter. The wool is recycled from old sweaters that are felted down, making the material thicker, warmer and softer. Mittens and booties are also reinforced with patches cut from old leather jackets, to keep them lasting longer. All items are lined with new fleece for extra warmth. Genia Chepurniy, the Montreal artisan behind Au Coeur de la Laine, has tried and tested her mittens through many a cold Montreal winters, and as no two are alike, you’ll be sure to have a unique pair.
