• Analyzing the demographic makeup of eConcordia online learners, including geographical location, language, number of courses taken, faculties etc.. 
2. Motivations for Choosing Online Learning 
• Exploring the multifaceted reasons students opt for online education based on student feedback.
• Comparing these motivations with traditional learning preferences, accessibility, and tools
• Talking about how some of these tools can be applicable to students in other arenas (in-person classes, registration, tutoring and advising etc..)
3. Support-seeking Behaviors 
• Investigating how online students seek and utilize support services.
• Identifying common challenges faced in the virtual learning environment.
• Discussing effective strategies to enhance student support through digital means.
4. What Students Love About Online Learning 
• Examining the aspects of the virtual learning environment that resonate positively with students based on student feedback.
• Highlighting best practices that enhance the online learning experience.
• Addressing common challenges and proposing solutions.
