Sebastien Lavoie-Magoon is the Manager of Teaching, Learning and Collaboration Spaces Solutions at Concordia University in Montréal. He holds a bachelor’s degree as well as certifications as a project management professional (PMP), certified technology specialists (CTS) and IT service delivery (ITIL). Working within IITS at Concordia, Sebastien has more than 15 years of experience in the higher education field putting up together the best possible technological solutions to facilitate the teaching, learning and collaboration experiences for all Concordians.
