Meredith Marty-Dugas is Concordia University’s Sustainability Ambassadors Program Coordinator, overseeing the design and implementation of peer-to-peer education for students, staff, and faculty, as well as streamlining campus sustainability volunteering. The student program recently received an ISCN Award for Culture Change for offering students a unique opportunity to develop their sustainability leadership skills while actively supporting sustainability initiatives on campus. Meredith holds a B.A. in Honours English and Creative Writing. Passionate about communicating complex sustainability issues, she offers a deep knowledge of and skill in training, mentoring, and supervising through an anti-carceral and transformative framework. Meredith balances an exciting array of responsibilities and innovative collaborations across fields, from literature to sustainability, prison abolition and queer feminist joy.
