Registration

Welcome to the registration site for the 4th International Conference on Digital, Innovation, Financing and Entrepreneurship (DIFE) 2023 taking place on July 3-4, 2023 in Montreal, Canada. We look forward to welcoming you to our hybrid event! 

Please note that registration fees are subject to applicable Provincial and Federal taxes, which will be applied at checkout. Payment method: only major credit cards are accepted. You have 30 mins to complete your registration. If attending in person, please ensure to select the applicable in-person conference ticket. Authors accept to act as discussants to papers included in the program.

Registration Fees:

Registration fees include attendance to the conference sessions, conference material, daily coffee breaks, daily lunches, and gala dinner if not indicated otherwise.

Non-presenting authors: Those who would like to attend the conference without presenting or are interested in acting as discussants/chairs must register by the closing registration deadline.

Late payment charge of CAD 90 for all registration categories after June 15, 2023. For registrations after June 15, 2023. Gala dinner participation cannot be guaranteed and is subject to availability because of non-refundable Gala dinner reservations. 

Accepted paper of authors who have not paid their registration fees by June 15, 2023 may not have their article listed in the conference program.

  • Academic staff: CAD 550 (incl. tax)
  • Academic staff from Low and Middle Income Countries (based on the OECD-LMIC list): CAD 440 (incl. tax)
  • Discount fee for PhD Student (all countries): CAD 290 (incl. tax; without gala dinner; can be booked separately at registration). Please provide a copy of your student ID by email to dife2023montreal@gmail.com
  • Online participation: CAD 290 (incl. tax)

- Gala dinner for accompanying guests can be booked separately. 

By registering you agree to the following Cancellation policy:

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur and affect your ability to attend the conference after paying the registration fee. Please note that at any point before the conference, you can designate a substitute delegate (i.e., a co-author) to attend in your place, without bearing any additional fees.

Should you be unable to proceed with this alternative replacement and seek a refund, the following policy applies:

  • Conference registration cancelled on, or before the May 30th 2023 is refundable, but subject to 100 CAD general administration and service fee.
  • Gala diner cancelled on, or before the May 30th 2023 is refundable, but subject to 50 CAD general administration and service fee.
  • No reimbursement for cancellations after the 1st of June 2023 for all ticket types.

Note that refunds will be processed post conference after July 4th, 2023.
