Halle Kott recently received her Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology at Concordia University where she undertook research to investigate the cultural conceptions of health and menstruation as it relates to the sporting body. In the fall, she will be continuing her research at Concordia while completing a Master of Social and Cultural Anthropology. Her academic interests are in the fields of sensory anthropology, health, memory, and aesthetics. She has worked and volunteered with community organizations to improve sexual and reproductive health for gender-diverse youths. In her free time, she loves playing board games and sitting outside with her dogs.

Halle Kott a récemment obtenu un baccalauréat en anthropologie de l’Université Concordia, où elle a entrepris des recherches sur les conceptions culturelles de la santé et de la menstruation au sein des organisations sportives. À l’automne, elle poursuivra ses recherches à Concordia tout en préparant une maîtrise en anthropologie sociale et culturelle. Ses champs d’intérêt en recherche comprennent l’anthropologie sensorielle, la santé, la mémoire et l’esthétique. Halle Kott a travaillé et fait du bénévolat auprès d’organismes communautaires afin d’améliorer la santé sexuelle et reproductive des jeunes issus de la diversité des genres. Dans ses temps libres, elle aime jouer à des jeux de société et s’asseoir dehors avec ses chiens.
