Here is the information regarding the logistics of the Poster session:

Schedule 

Set-up: 10:00 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.
Posters session: 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Dismantling: at 2:05 p.m

Location

The activity will be held in the Lobby of Concordia University Convention Centre. You will need to look for the signs that will indicate where you should display your poster. Indeed, this year we want to group the posters by priority research areas of the strategic cluster. 

The areas are the following: 

Area: Biophotonics 

Area: Lasers and ultrafast phenomena

Area: Photonic materials

Area: Guided optics and optical fibers

Area: Quantum photonics

Area: Photonic systems and microsystems

Area: Optical Telecommunications

Poster size

The suggested dimension taking into account the format of the poster boards is as follows: 

Maximum height: 118 cm / 3.8 feet
Maximum length: 83 cm/2.7 feet

Horaire

Montage : 10h à 12h45
Séance d’affiches : 13h à 14h
Démontage : dès 14h05 

Lieu 

L’activité se tiendra dans le Hall du Centre de Convention de l’Université Concordia. Vous devrez repérer la signalisation qui vous indiquera l’endroit où vous devez exposer votre affiche. En effet, cette année nous souhaitons regrouper les affiches par axe de recherche prioritaire du regroupement stratégique.

Axe: Optique guidée et fibres optiques

La dimension suggérée en tenant compte du format des tableaux d’affichage est :
