All requests for the cancellation of the visit registration fees must be made in writing by email at celine.bebin@concordia.ca
Requests received on or before May 4, 2026 (EST) at noon will be refunded at 100% of your registration fee, less a $20 administrative fee to cover the costs of processing.
*Refunds will not be available for cancellations made after May 4, 2026 (EST) at noon, or for people who fail to attend the Ottawa visit.
