Louis-Philippe coordinates the Volet Protection of the Table de concertation des organismes au service des personnes réfugiées et immigrantes in Montreal. He cumulates nearly twenty years of experience in the field of immigration policies and migrant and refugee rights advocacy in academia, public service and the community sector. His doctoral research explores the decision-making process of Canada’s border officers as it relates to immigration detention.
