Hotels & Transportation

Venue

Concordia University has two campuses, the Sir George Williams Campus in the downtown core and the Loyola Campus in Montreal West. The training will take place daily on the Loyola campus and is situated in a beautiful, tranquil, residential area about 20-25 minutes west from the downtown campus. Accommodations in the area however are sparse.

Transportation

From Monday to Friday, Concordia offers students and staff a free shuttle bus  service between the two campuses at frequent intervals during the day (see schedule). The hotels we recommend below are approximately a 6 minute walk from the downtown shuttle station (see the route).

Whether you book at these hotels or elsewhere, contact chrcs@concordia.ca and we will provide you with a free shuttle bus pass for the weekdays (excluding Sunday) to get you back and forth between the two campus locations. Please note the shuttle bus does not make stops along the route and only runs directly between the stops at each campus.

Concordia University’s campuses are easily accessible by air, train, bus, or car. Get directions.

Hotels

Book at one of these recommended hotels and take advantage of the discounted rates starting from $105 per night as well as the proximity of the these hotels to the downtown shuttle bus stop. Be sure to mention you are attending a program at Concordia (Micro-phenomenology).
