Registration
Registration is required before a visa invitation letter can be issued. Please register as soon as possible (even before your paper has been accepted) to gain time for the visa application.
Early Bird Registration Deadline: April 21, 2025
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
- Cancellations before May 25, 2025, will incur a deduction of 6% for administration fees.
- Cancellations from May 26 to June 25, 2025, inclusively, will be refunded 50% .
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations after June 25, 2025.

PAPER REGISTRATION RULES
- Each accepted paper must be associated with one full registration. Papers without corresponding full registrations will be removed from the program.
- Each full registration covers up to 2 papers submitted to the conferences (ISARC, CSCE/CRC and MOC) with a common coauthor.
- A fee of $300 per paper will be charged for up to 2 additional papers per full registration (i.e. total of maximum 4 papers per full registration). The early-bird full registration total fee would be $1,300 for 1 or 2 associated papers, $1,600 for 3 papers, and $1,900 for 4 papers (plus tax for all these amounts).
- Please provide the conference name and ID number(s) of the paper(s) you want to cover in your registration.
- If you have more than 4 papers, you should pay an extra full registration fee to cover the fifth paper. This new registration can cover one or two papers. A fee of $300 will be charged for each additional paper (up to 2), as explained in rule (3) above.
- Student registration does not cover paper registration. If a student attending the conference has papers not covered by a full registration, then the student should pay full registration to cover these paper(s) following the above rules.
