CANCELATION POLICY

All requests for the refunding of Conference registration fees must be made in writing by email at ermr2025@encs.concordia.ca. Refund requests should be made before June 15, 2025. An administration fee will be deducted from the refund.

Accompanying Person Registration
"An accompanying person's ticket is valid for the banquet and city tour, but does not grant admission to the venue."
