Concordia University’s Sir George Williams Campus (SQW) is centrally located in downtown, Montreal. There are several hotels close to the conference venue and we encourage you to consult Trip Advisor or Expedia for prices.Please see our ‘Getting to Concordia’ page for information on how to travel downtown from the airport.

Grey Nun’s Residence

The Grey Nuns residence is a good option in Montreal for budget travelers. Prices range from $49 to $99 plus taxes. This former convent is now run by Concordia University as a student residence. During term time it houses nearly 600 students but in summer anyone can enjoy this location for a fraction of the price of neighbouring hotels. It is a 4-minute walk to the conference location.There are a variety of private rooms available from single to quad occupancy with shared and private washrooms.In each room, all linens and unlimited high-speed WiFi are provided, as well as a sink, a refrigerator plus24-hour security. Please note that there is no air-conditioning.
