Main conference excluding Real Estate Day: Early-bird CAD 650 (~EUR 410/USD 470) or Regular CAD 750 (~EUR 470/USD 545)
Real Estate Day only: Early-bird CAD 350 (~EUR 220/USD 255) or Regular CAD 400 (~EUR 250/USD 290)
Online Presentation: CAD 300 (~EUR 190/USD 220)
PhD presenters: 50% discount (excludes gala dinner & evening event).
Guests / PhD students: Gala dinner & evening event tickets available upon request.
Non-presenting Attendees: Tickets for non-presenting online participation are available for CAD 75.
Cancellation Policy: Requests must be sent in writing to AIFinance@concordia.ca. On or before October 6, 2025 (EST): Full refund minus administrative fee CAD 50 for conference registrations or CAD 25 for gala dinner or listener tickets. After October 6, 2025 (EST): No refunds. Refunds will be processed after October 31, 2025.
