Registration Fees

Conference pass fees are as follows (all prices are in Canadian dollars and include tax):

In-person conference passes will allow you to connect and reconnect with new and former colleagues, sponsors and peers face-to-face in a friendly and professional environment. This pass not only gives you access to all of our conference workshops, discussion panels, special presentations and more, but it also provides you with tasty lunches every day, the option to take a tour of our world-class research labs, the opportunity for networking among fellow attendees with shared common interests, as well as an invitation to our Welcome Reception with all our conference delegates and to our closing ceremony banquet at the end of the conference. In addition, you will be able to stream any sessions you might have missed during the conference on-demand following the event for an extensive 3-month period.

If you cannot make it in person, virtual conference passes  will provide you with a fully virtual experience of the conference instead. You will be able to live stream all keynote presentation and parallel sessions. You will also have on-demand access to the archive of recorded sessions for a 3-month period following the event.

The in-person student conference pass allows you to enjoy all the benefits of the regular in-person conference pass at an affordable student rate. However, it does not include the closing ceremony banquet dinner. Proof of student status is required. Registration will not be considered complete until proof of student status is validated. To qualify for this student rate, please upload a copy of your student card or transcript (.jpg or .pdf), or a letter from your supervisor to your registration profile. 

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Due to the hybrid (in-person and virtual) delivery mode of this conference, cancellations will not be accepted. However, you may request to exchange a fully in-person pass for a virtual pass at the cost of $50 to cover administration service fees. We will also happily transfer any conference pass between colleagues at no extra cost. All requests must be made in writing via email (cobee2022@concordia.ca) at least 20 days before the conference begins. Requests will be processed within two weeks. There will be no refunds for any ticket type once the Conference has started.
