Glen Farrelly is the Assistant Professor of Business Communication with the Faculty of Business. He is a communication and media researcher, educator, and consultant specializing in the strategic and operational use of digital media. He attained his PhD in Information from the University of Toronto and completed a Masters of Professional Communication from Royal Roads University. His research examines the user behaviour and experiences of emerging digital media.
