BOLD Science is a scientific conference planned by students, for students. With a focus on multidisciplinary research, the aim of the conference is to give young scientists an avenue to present their research and engage in scientific discourse. The conference will consist of keynote presentations and interactive workshops with esteemed professors. Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in data talks, and can choose to present their own research! Participants will have a chance to 1) integrate the various fields of science by looking at a topic through different scientific lenses, 2) learn about good scientific practices, and 3) critically evaluate and interpret scientific articles. Each student can expect to walk away with new insights into how drug research is conducted, why interdisciplinary studies are trending, and how to integrate good scientific practices into their future research endeavours.
