Dr Kevin Hunt is Senior Lecturer in Textile Design and the Postgraduate Research Tutor for the School of Art & Design at Nottingham Trent University (NTU), UK, where he teaches cultural and contextual studies. His research relates to culture, the senses and design with a particular interest in eyes, sight and visual impairment. Kevin has written for numerous publications, including an article about crossmodality and sensory transfer for Fashion Theory (2018) and a chapter titled ‘The Eyes of David Bowie’ in Enchanting David Bowie (Bloomsbury 2015) as well as articles and reviews for publications including The Senses and Society, Afterimage, Journal of American Studies, Eye Magazine and The Conversation.
