Cancellation/refund policy

All requests for the cancellation of the conference registration fees must be made in writing by emailing swaac2025@concordia.ca. Requests received on or before April 14, 2025 (EST) will be refunded at 100% of your registration fee, less a $50 administrative fee to cover the costs of processing.

*Refunds will not be available for cancellations made after April 14, 2025 (EST). We will do our best to process the refunds as they come in, or they will be processed post conference.

Emerging Leaders
Introducing the opportunity for senior members to sponsor an emerging leader from their campus who would otherwise not be able to attend the conference. With your SWAAC member registration, you can sponsor an additional person at a reduced price. Ticket includes full conference attendance including coffee breaks & lunch as well as two social events (welcome reception & gala and awards dinner).
