Katherine Frank is a highly skilled human resource leader with extensive experience in academic search and transition planning. Since joining KBRS in 2017, she has led numerous high-stakes searches for leading academic institutions across Canada. Her deep understanding of university leadership and the academic environment makes her a credible and skilled facilitator of the search process. 

Before KBRS, Katherine was the Assistant Vice-President of Human Resources at Dalhousie University for over 8 years and held the same title at the University of Calgary. In addition to her professional achievements, Katherine is actively involved in her community. She serves on the Board of Directors for Solutions Learning Centre, mentors with the Human Resources Association of Nova Scotia, and volunteers with United Way Halifax. Katherine is a regularly invited speaker, lending her experience and expertise to conferences, workshops, and consultations. Her specialty is academic recruitment.
