Kathy Rahme is Partner within Boyden’s Social Impact Practice and has been involved in search since 2000. Globally, she leads the firms’ Education Practice group.  Known for her thoughtful and strategic approach to executive search, Kathy combines valuable research skills with an excellent understanding of the Canadian market to provide her clients with a unique perspective on executive search and a broad understanding of many industry sectors. Prior to her search career, Kathy lived in Guatemala for three years during which she taught English to adults, and volunteered with organizations working with children. 

Kathy is a graduate of Carleton University, where she received a Bachelor of Arts, Honours in Geography with a concentration in cultural and ethnic studies. Kathy is fluent in Spanish and has a working knowledge of French and Arabic.
