Rashmini Segarajasinghe-Ernest

A.M. Rashmini Segarajasinghe-Ernest PhD. (pronouns she/her/hers). She received her doctorate from New York University in Global Education and International Development. An educator with 30 years' experience in primary, secondary, and tertiary settings she has worked in North America and internationally. Rashmini has over 20 years' experience as an Intercultural and Diversity Trainer, as well as 6 years as a Spiritual Director, a listening vocation in the Ignatian Tradition (Jesuit). A transnational migrant, she always seeks to be cognizant of the way multiple identities impact teaching and learning. For the past 12 years, Dr. Segarajasinghe-Ernest has served as an Education Advisor at the Academic Skills Centre of Dawson College in Montreal.
