Registration and Purchasing a conference ticket:

  • What is included in the registration ticket?

When you purchase a ticket, this includes all access to the virtual event space containing all online sessions, creative workshops and social opportunities taking place from May 17th through May 19th, 2021.

  • I registered, but haven’t received a confirmation, what should I do?

You should receive a confirmation receipt by email immediately after your transaction is completed. If you do not see the email in your inbox, then please be sure to check your spam folder in case it got flagged as spam.

  • How do I log in to the event site after I have purchased a conference ticket?

Please be sure you have registered to attend the conference. Once you have purchased a registration ticket, you may log in here.

Attending the Conference Sessions:

  • How can I access the complete presentation and session content?

While much of the schedule is public, the critical links to the live content are only visible on the conference date and time once you have you logged in to the event site. You will be able to join a virtual session on the date and time indicated in the schedule. Note that the join virtual session button will only appear approx. 25 minutes prior to the scheduled session start time.

  • I can’t attend a presentation session; will recordings be made available?

Yes! When the conference concludes, the session recordings will be posted  as soon as they become available in the virtual event space (please allow 7-10 days for the content processing to be completed). It will be accessible to registered attendees only after logging into the site for 90 days post conference.

  • What technical requirements are needed to attend the virtual event?

Please refer to the Technical Requirements in the Event Information section.

  • What do I do if I can’t see the presentation or hear the speaker?

Make sure you are logged in to the event site, click on the virtual “Join session button” in the appropriate session/date/time. The virtual "join" button will only appear 25 minutes prior to the scheduled session start time. 

  • How can I interact and make connections with other event attendees?

  1. You will have the opportunity to join the social get together activities part of the programming. Be sure to add them to favorite them in your schedule.
  2. You may also, check out the speakers and attendees list to make connections: throughout the conference dates, feel free to utilize the "Messaging" board to send text messages to all conference attendees or to a specific member of the conference community.

Cancellation policy

All requests for the refunding of conference registration fees must be made in writing by email to lsac.nationalconference@gmail.com. Requests received on or before May 12, 2021 will be refunded at 100% of your registration fee, less a $20 administrative fee to cover the costs of processing.

*Refunds will not be permitted for cancellations made after May 12, 2021 or for people who fail to attend the Virtual Conference. Note that refunds will be made possible within 30 days of the request.
