Mark Fleischer

Operations Research Analyst
US Census Bureau

I have a background in academia and held a position as a Primary Patent Examiner with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.  I currently teach a course in Neural Networks at the Johns Hopkins University Whiting School of Engineering.  I recently joined the U.S. Census Bureau to work on their differential privacy efforts.  My research background involves multiobjective optimization, uses of non-extensive entropy in optimization contexts and now involves work in differential privacy.
