- What is included in my ticket?
When you purchase a ticket, this includes all access to the virtual event space containing all online sessions and registered participants taking place from July 13th through 17, 2020. Sessions will all be recorded and made available on demand post-event.
- I registered online but did not get an email confirmation or receipt yet.
You should receive a confirmation receipt by email immediately after your transaction is completed. If you do not see the email in your inbox, then please be sure to check your spam folder in case it got flagged as spam.
Make sure to add firstname.lastname@example.org to your safe sender list for updates on the event!
- How can I access the complete sessions content?
While much of the schedule is public, the critical links to the content are only visible if you log in.
- Can I access presentations after the event is over?
Yes! When the event concludes, the videos will be available in the virtual event space, however only accessible by registered attendees after logging in using your profile.The pre-recorded videos will also be publicly available on the YouTube channel.
- What can I do to ensure an optimal viewing experience?
Please refer to the Technical Minimum Requirements tab.
- What do I do if I can’t see the presentation or hear the speaker?
Try refreshing your browser. Ensure your computer or speaker audio is activated.
- How can I interact with other event attendees and speakers?
You can chat with other attendees using the Mobile App while logged in at any time. So long as the person you are trying to communicate with is also logged into the event mobile APP.
You can also experiment our virtual Hallway Track to network with other attendees. You can join the hallway track at any time, not just during the scheduled breaks. Check out the event schedule to find the access details and best practices.
- I am an author; how and to whom do I submit the recording of my presentation?
Submit pre-recorded videos by July 6th. Please refer to our website for full instructions: https://www.petsymposium.org/authors.php
All requests for the refunding of conference registration fees must be made in writing by email to email@example.com. Requests received on or before July 10, 2020 will be refunded at 100% of your registration fee, less a $20 administrative fee to cover the costs of processing. Refunds will not be available for cancellations made after July 10, 2020 or for people who fail to attend the Virtual Conference.
