Following the postponement of the ICCEES World Congress from 2020 to 2021, we ask that you please read the following important information:

Travel documentation

Visa application Centres (VACs) are presently closed until further notice and the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada website is encouraging individuals to contact them online. For those in the process of receiving a travel VISA, or who have already received one for 2020, please consult directly with the VACs online or when they reopen on how to proceed with follow up steps.
If you have not yet applied for a VISA, you may request a letter and the Organizing Committee will provide you with one soon.

Accommodations

All block reservations for 2020 at preferred hotels listed on the ICCEES website have been cancelled and so have all reservations associated with them. If you booked with any of these hotels, your reservations have been cancelled without penalty and no further action is required on your part.
If you reserved accommodations outside of this list of hotels, you will be responsible to cancel your own booking.
New agreements with hotels are being negotiated for 2021 and will be posted in the accommodation section on the ICCEES website as soon as possible. Please consult the Accommodations section on the ICCEES website for the latest updates.

Travel

Please be sure to cancel your Congress 2020 travel arrangements directly with your provider according to their respective cancellation policies.

If you have any further questions regarding this transition, please reach out to us by email: iccees2020@concordia.ca

Thank you,
Dr. Andrii Krawchuk & Dr. Alison Rowley, Co-Chairs
