Registration ticket:

· What is included in the registration ticket?

Registration is completely free. When you check out a virtual ticket, there are two different ticket types. The first ticket includes all access to the virtual event space containing all online sessions, networking opportunities and question and answer sessions taking place from May 10th through May 13th, 2021. The second ticket includes admission to the closing conference webinar with guest speaker Edward Snowden on May 14th, 2021.

· I registered, but haven’t received a confirmation, what should I do?

You should receive a confirmation receipt by email immediately after your transaction is completed. If you do not see the email in your inbox, then please be sure to check your spam folder in case it got flagged as spam.

· How do I log in?

Please be sure you have registered to attend the conference. Once you have purchased a registration ticket, you may log in here.

· I am not able to connect to the sessions. Who do I contact?

Attending the Conference Sessions:

· How can I access the complete presentation and session content?

While much of the schedule is public, the critical links to the live content are only visible on the conference date and time once you have logged in to the event site. You will easily be able to click on the “join virtual session” button. The asynchronous content will be made available on Gather Town two weeks before the conference and it can be accessed through the links made available in the schedule under the Asynchronous Q&A sessions.

· I can’t attend a presentation session; will recordings be made available?

Yes! When the conference concludes, the session recordings will be available in the virtual event space, however only accessible to registered attendees after logging into the site.

· What technical requirements are needed to attend the virtual event?

Please refer to the Technical Requirements tab.

· What do I do if I can’t see the presentation or hear the speaker?

Make sure you are logged in to the event site, click on the virtual “Join session button” in the appropriate session/date/time.

· How can I interact with other event attendees?

You can join the virtual space set-up on Gather Town and interact using your avatar. Check out the event schedule to find the access details and best practices.

· What should I do if I have an issue at the conference?
