Build your career in Québec:

The 7th Annual Postdoctoral Career Conference is an inter-university career development event for postdoctoral fellows looking to develop their professional path in Québec. For the first time, the event will be completely bilingual (EN/FR) and online.  

The 2020 edition will take place between December 7th and 10th, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. It is hosted by Concordia University in collaboration with École de Technologie Supérieure (ÉTS), Institute National de la Recherche Scientifique (INRS), Université Laval, McGill University, Université de Montréal (UdeM), Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM) and Université de Sherbrooke (UdeS) as well as the active coordination of a dedicated team of Postdocs.  

Each day will present a different option for the postdoctoral career path through panel discussions, workshops and networking activities. With over 20 speakers from industry, government, university and community organizations, this event promises to be a unique opportunity to network and explore the Quebec labour market for Postdocs.   

Except for the networking activities, all sessions will be recorded and broadcasted on Zoom ®. They will remain accessible to participants through the Schedule page for up to 2 months after the end of the event.  

In order to participate, prior registration is required and limited to Postdocs from the participating universities.  

Eligible Postdocs will receive an email invitation in November 2020. If you have not received this invitation but you come from a participating university and believe this event is relevant to you (ex. PhD student with submitted thesis), please contact the event organizers at gradproskills-events@concordia.ca.
