Active Quiz in Moodle - A live polling tool to promote Active Learning in Online Classes

In this session, I will introduce a Moodle plugin called Active Quiz. Active quiz is a live polling tool that instructors can use to make their lectures more interactive, assess student learning progress, and provide timely feedback to help students monitor their own learning. 

It’s much like Classroom Responses Systems (clickers) but allows for more question types and integration of grades (if assigned) into Moodle Gradebook. 

We will discuss the pedagogical uses of Active quiz as well as the technical features that support your pedagogical needs.
