PDF Sharing Comments with Multiple User Input

Departments often ask for feedback or committee input from multiple participants by sending out PDF documents. Receiving multiple marked up versions of the same document and compiling comments can be time consuming whereas a centralized version of one document reflecting all user input is much more productive and transparent. How to do this? Using Adobe, a web link can be generated so that feedback is centralized and used by multiple users. The process becomes interactive and transparent as participants are invited to share their ideas, highlight issues or add comments.
As the Concordia community has license to Adobe products, users can log in via their Concordia ""@staff.concordia.ca"" account or simply comment using the 'guest' option. Participants can also tag other users within their comments if useful.
