  • How do I register to the unconference?  

Simply click on this link and follow the steps.   

  • What is included in the registration?  

You will have access to the virtual event space containing all online sessions and training, the opening plenary and gamification elements.  

  • I can’t attend a session, will recordings be made available?  

Recordings of sessions will be available on the website for up to four months after the event.  

  • I can’t log in, who do I contact from the organizing committee?

  • What time are events held? Is there a schedule?  

The schedule can be found here. The event will be held on Friday, January 28th from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. EST.   

  • What technical requirements are needed to attend the virtual event?  

Please refer to the technical minimum requirementstab.  

  • How can I access the complete presentation and session content? 

While much of the schedule is public, the critical links to the sessions are only visible once you have logged in and signed up for sessions. You will be able to join a virtual session on the date and time indicated in the schedule.  

Note that the “join virtual session” button will only appear approximately 25 minutes prior to the scheduled session start time. You will be automatically admitted to the waiting room until the session starts.   

  • How can I interact with other event attendees?  

You can interact with other attendees using the discussion box under each activity or via the event chat, available throughout the unconference.  

  • What should I do if I have an issue with another participant’s behavior at the unconference?  

We insist that all participants of the unconference abide by the unconference code of conduct. If you witness or experience a violation of the code of conduct, please contact the organizers at The reports will be treated with discretion.
