Participates in 1 Session

In my 10 years as a university instructor and as an Educational Technologist, I have carried out needs assessments, developed strategic business plans, designed content, led activities and performed evaluations for private and public universities and companies to help adult learners enhance their abilities and achieve their academic and professional goals. My results-oriented approach enables me to help professionals learn and grow to later make meaningful contributions to their respective organizations. My most valuable contributions may be related to my knowledge in the areas of Universal Design for Learning (UDL), accessibility, leadership and collaboration, human resources management, content creation, training, education, game design and human capital development.
