Alicia Jarvis is a Senior Product Manager at Bell, overseeing the accessibility portfolio. She has over 13 years of professional experience contributing to all stages of the product and design life cycles — from running discovery research to leading international programs. She has a proven passion for developing innovative solutions that combine cutting-edge technology with a deep understanding of human needs. She was born with short arms and is also one of the founding Chairs of the Diversability at Bell Employee Resource Group. In her spare time, you'll find her on the Board of Directors for Access 2 Accessibility and the Universal Design Network of Canada. If that isn’t enough, she enjoys engaging with the accessibility and design communities; as well as, taking on passion projects like the A11y Project. (pronounced A eleven Y) She solves problems at the intersection where business goals, human needs, & technology meet. To top it all off, Alicia was awarded the 2022-2023 WCT Leadership Excellence Rising Star award.
