Josh is a passionate advocate for workplace diversity. He has a 20+ years leading successful programs by building partnerships and teams to support big goals. Josh is the Inclusion + Accessibility Practice Lead at The Cadmus Group where he directs contracts to support federal DEIA goals. He serves as the project director for the Partnership on Inclusive Apprenticeship, and previously led the Partnership on Employment & Accessible Technology. Josh was the Career Program Manager for The Posse Foundation, a college access program focused on diversity + inclusion. Posse continues to hire him to help design + facilitate national discussions on issues of equity. He obtained a BA in sociology from University of Colorado and a MS in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from George Mason University.

 

PEAT’s mission is to build a future where new and emerging technologies are accessible to the workforce by design. We work with employers, industry stakeholders, advocates and others on issues related to emerging tech, disability, and work. Priority topics for us include helping employers develop centralized policies for using automated decision-making tools in equitable ways and increasing broadband access for people with disabilities.
