Lainey Feingold

Lainey Feingold is a United States based disability rights lawyer, author, and global public speaker. For close to three decades, she has worked on technology and digital accessibility issues to advance and protect the civil rights of blind and other disabled people.

Lainey helped negotiate the first legal agreements in the U.S. about Talking ATMs and web and mobile access. Instead of filing lawsuits, Lainey uses Structured Negotiation, a strategy focused on collaboration and problem solving instead of conflict and run-away costs. With this method, she brings together disabled people, businesses and governments to make tech available to everyone.

Lainey is a global public speaker and the author of Structured Negotiation, a Winning Alternative to Lawsuits (2d Ed. 2021)
